Reporting to our Sales Operations Lead, the Sales Support Executive role combines onboarding and renewal pricing support, product implementation, and end-to-end sales support to ensure seamless delivery of both new business and renewals. Acting as a key operational enabler, you'll support sales teams from quote creation through to client onboarding and renewal completion, while also managing product and pricing changes across core systems. You will be a first point of contact for technical product queries and will work cross-functionally to ensure accuracy, compliance, and an excellent customer experience at every stage. You will take ownership of your work, recognising that every back-office process impacts internal stakeholders, external clients, and business growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue accurate new business and renewal quotes, ensuring all information is correct and delivered within agreed timescales.
- Provide a high-quality onboarding service for new corporate clients, managing application forms and ensuring smooth transitions into service.
- Maintain up-to-date client and account information in Salesforce, supporting effective tracking, reporting and handovers between teams.
- Act as a first point of contact for operational and technical product queries, ensuring responses are accurate, timely and compliant.
- Support renewal operations by processing pricing changes, updating policy systems and tracking renewal progress to protect retention.
- Load new products and product changes into systems, coordinating with IT, Change and Testing teams to meet delivery timelines.
- Manage implementation tasks for simple product launches and support more complex changes alongside Product Managers and NPD.
- Monitor competitor activity across new business and renewals, sharing insights that support pricing, retention and commercial decisions.
- Maintain product implementation documentation, status reports and checklists to ensure accuracy, visibility and governance.
- Work collaboratively across Sales, Product, Underwriting and Operations to ensure accuracy, compliance and a consistent client experience.

- Strong understanding of operational processes relevant to sales, renewals and product implementation.
- Ability to follow defined procedures while applying sound judgement to select appropriate solutions.
- Proactive approach to improving processes, performance and cost efficiency.
- Confidence managing ambiguity and escalating issues when necessary.
