As Events Manager, youll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering outstanding events that drive value and impact. Reporting to the Head of Events, youll lead a talented team, champion best practice, and ensure every event aligns with our strategic goals and delivers true ROI.
Responsible for horizon scanning the market for new and upcoming industry trends, youll drive the benchmark for outstanding internal and external events. Youll bring creativity and commercial acumen, setting benchmarks for excellence and creating and implementing new events for both Denplan and Corporate clients as well as internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and empower the Events Team of four, aligning priorities with business OKRs.
- Own the day-to-day management of the Events Programme, including budget accountability.
- Drive innovation through horizon scanning and trend analysis to create new event experiences.
- Ensure compliance for CPD events and manage reputational risk in regulated environments.
- Implement and extend a showcase of events both online and face to face through creative project management, budgetary ownership and current trends.
- Act as deputy to the Head of Events when required.
- Build strong relationships internally and externally, fostering collaboration and strategic partnerships.
- Champion sustainability and B-Corp principles across all events.
