Reporting to our Sales Operations Lead, the Sales Support Executive role combines onboarding and renewal pricing support, product implementation, and end‑to‑end sales support to ensure seamless delivery of both new business and renewals. Acting as a key operational enabler, you'll support sales teams from quote creation through to client onboarding and renewal completion, while also managing product and pricing changes across core systems. You will be a first point of contact for technical product queries and will work cross‑functionally to ensure accuracy, compliance, and an excellent customer experience at every stage. You will take ownership of your work, recognising that every back‑office process impacts internal stakeholders, external clients, and business growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue accurate new business and renewal quotes, ensuring all information is correct and delivered within agreed timescales.
  • Provide a high‑quality onboarding service for new corporate clients, managing application forms and ensuring smooth transitions into service.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date client and account information in Salesforce, supporting effective tracking, reporting and handovers between teams.
  • Act as a first point of contact for operational and technical product queries, ensuring responses are accurate, timely and compliant.
  • Support renewal operations by processing pricing changes, updating policy systems and tracking renewal progress to protect retention.
  • Load new products and product changes into systems, coordinating with IT, Change and Testing teams to meet delivery timelines.
  • Manage implementation tasks for simple product launches and support more complex changes alongside Product Managers and NPD.
  • Monitor competitor activity across new business and renewals, sharing insights that support pricing, retention and commercial decisions.
  • Maintain product implementation documentation, status reports and checklists to ensure accuracy, visibility and governance.
  • Work collaboratively across Sales, Product, Underwriting and Operations to ensure accuracy, compliance and a consistent client experience.

About You:

To be considered you must have:

  • Strong understanding of operational processes relevant to sales, renewals and product implementation.
  • Ability to follow defined procedures while applying sound judgement to select appropriate solutions.
  • Proactive approach to improving processes, performance and cost efficiency.
  • Confidence managing ambiguity and escalating issues when necessary.

What’s in it for you:

As well as a competitive salary, our benefits package includes:

  • Generous pension with a 6% pension gift from us.
  • 36 days holiday (with the option to buy and sell a further 5 days).
  • Flexible benefits pot (which you can choose to use against some great benefits such as critical illness, private healthcare scheme, shopping vouchers and more).
  • Your own health plan.
  • Access to a wellbeing hub.
  • Give as you earn.

We have a head office in Hampshire, but depending on your role, you’ll be able to enjoy our ‘smart working’ approach. This means you can flex when and where you spend your time. For many of us this means day to day work can be handled remotely, but there will also be times when we need to come together in the office to collaborate, attend training sessions, induction, briefings and more.
