As a relationship‑driven Client Portfolio Lead, you will own and grow a portfolio of corporate clients, becoming a trusted partner in delivering exceptional wellbeing solutions and experiences. This high‑impact role blends service excellence and commercial growth. You will lead client relationships end‑to‑end, driving retention, shaping wellbeing strategies, uncovering growth opportunities, and ensuring every client feels valued, supported and inspired. Working across sales, operations and product teams, you will translate insights into action and build partnerships that genuinely make a difference.

Location: Basingstoke, Hampshire (Hybrid – occasional travel to Andover Office).

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am‑5pm.

Salary: £31,000 to £35,000 per year (plus potential bonuses). Additional compensation notes: £42,170 per year - estimated.
