Role Summary
Senior Compliance Consultant, working closely with stakeholders across the organisation to provide expert, commercially focused compliance advice within the Risk & Assurance team.
Serve as a trusted advisor on regulatory matters, embed compliance into strategic decision‑making, product development and day‑to‑day operations, and support implementation of regulatory change while keeping customer outcomes at the core.

Qualifications
Significant compliance advisory experience within financial services, strong understanding of FCA conduct regulation and exposure to the wider regulatory landscape.
Comfortable building trusted relationships across all levels, credible, pragmatic advice balancing regulatory compliance and commercial objectives.
