We are looking for a strategic co-partner who will drive new client acquisition and manage client relationships.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard new clients for staff augmentation and recruitment services.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, understanding their hiring needs and business goals.
- Market Expansion: Drive business growth in the UK & Europe by generating staffing and recruitment requirements from companies.
- Collaboration & Delivery: Work closely with our India-based recruitment team to fulfill client requirements effectively.
- Profit Sharing Model: Earn through a mutually agreed profit-sharing percentage on successfully closed deals.
Who We Are Looking For:
