Simplyfyd Solutions is a leading HR consultancy specializing in staff augmentation and recruitment services. We have a strong presence in India and are now expanding into the UK and European markets. We are looking for a strategic co-partner who will drive new client acquisition and manage client relationships.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard new clients for staff augmentation and recruitment services.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, understanding their hiring needs and business goals.
  • Market Expansion: Drive business growth in the UK & Europe by generating staffing and recruitment requirements from companies.
  • Collaboration & Delivery: Work closely with our India-based recruitment team to fulfill client requirements effectively.
  • Profit Sharing Model: Earn through a mutually agreed profit-sharing percentage on successfully closed deals.

Who We Are Looking For:
