Main Duties: Monitoring of all factory CCPs, ensuring that all testing regimes and records are up-to-date and completed accurately Daily organoleptic testing on all products produced. Verification of product date codes, packaging, weights and quality of products produced Daily calibration checks on measuring equipment Ensure all required process control records are completed accurately and filed as necessary. Monitoring all raw material intake, following testing procedures and reporting to management any defects and concerns The daily collection of microbiological samples and logging them onto the laboratory online system.
