The secret ingredient? You. We are building something different. In a market dominated by big recipe box players, we are redefining what great food brands can feel like: fun, more flexible, and more flavour-led. CRM sits right at the heart of that ambition.
We are looking for a CRM Manager to own and evolve our end-to-end customer lifecycle, shaping how we acquire, engage, retain, and reactivate customers. Sitting within the Growth team and reporting into the Head of Marketing, this role has real influence, visibility, and impact on business performance. Supported by a Marketing Executive and working closely with Data, Tech, Product, and Food teams, you will ensure every customer communication is timely, relevant, and brilliantly executed across the lifecycle.
If you love combining data, creativity, and commercial thinking, and want to make your mark in a fast-moving brand, this role is for you.
Your mission:
- Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle from acquisition, onboarding, retention, reactivation, and advocacy.
- Design and deliver lifecycle strategies that drive retention, maximise lifetime value, and turn customers into loyal fans.
- Using data, insight, and experimentation, continuously optimise how we engage customers at every stage of their journey.
- Play a key role in shaping how our brand shows up in inboxes, push notifications, and beyond, ensuring our communications feel personal, purposeful, and distinctly us.
You will:
- Own and evolve our CRM & lifecycle strategy.
- Lead the CRM testing and optimisation roadmap to improve retention, engagement, and revenue.
- Build smart segmentation and personalisation strategies grounded in behavioural and transactional data.
- Oversee lifecycle campaign execution, supported by a Marketing Executive.
- Drive retention and reactivation.
- Design and deliver data-led reactivation strategies for high-value and at-risk customers.
- Identify churn drivers and develop targeted lifecycle interventions.
- Translate insights into high-impact campaigns that move the needle.
- Shape prospect and referral journeys.
- Partner with Growth to optimise prospect CRM and referral programmes.
- Create onboarding journeys that convert trialists into long-term customers.
- Work cross-functionally at the centre of the business.
- Collaborate closely with Data, Tech, Product, and Food teams to ensure lifecycle communications reflect real customer behaviour, product innovation, and menu relevance.
- Partner with Marketing and Customer Experience to deliver a seamless, consistent customer journey.
- Turn insight into action.
- Lead customer research and insight generation to inform strategy.
- Build reporting frameworks that clearly demonstrate CRM impact on retention, revenue, and LTV.
- Contribute beyond CRM.
- Support wider business initiatives, from copywriting to automated journey optimisation and critical customer communications.
Your profile:
- Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention-focused roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategy and action.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical, data, and product teams.
- Confident, curious, and commercially minded, you like testing, learning, and improving.
Why Join Us?
- Real ownership and influence in a growing challenger brand.
- The chance to shape the lifecycle strategy from the ground up.
- A collaborative culture across Marketing, Product, Data, Tech, and Food.
- The opportunity to build something that genuinely competes with category giants but with more creativity, agility, and soul.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and energised by fast-paced environments.
