The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and engage new prospects from our existing database through telephone and email outreach. This will support our Sales Professionals in achieving their weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets, while also driving growth in The Fintel Group’s membership base.
You will leverage your strong customer service and relationship-building skills to nurture and retain new and existing member firms that currently use one or more of our support packages. By ensuring our customers feel understood, valued, and well supported, you will play a key role in strengthening long‑term loyalty and satisfaction
