A global leader in the design and manufacture of corrosion testing is looking for a Part-time Production Administrator to work four hours each morning: Monday-Friday (20 hour week). This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the production process and involves a variety of responsibilities, including:
- Creating Production Traveller Documentation - You will be responsible for preparing essential documents that guide the production process, including front sheets, serial number labels, and kit picking lists. Accuracy in this task is vital for tracking and managing production items effectively.
- Processing Sales Orders - You will convert sales orders into work orders for production. This includes verifying order details, ensuring that all necessary components are available, and entering the relevant information into our system to streamline the production workflow.
