About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Planned Maintenance Manager to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of planned preventative maintenance across a diverse multi-site estate. This is a key role for someone who can combine strong technical knowledge with excellent organisation, contractor management and stakeholder communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage and maintain a planned preventative maintenance programme across multiple sites.
- Ensure all statutory, compliance and health and safety obligations are met across the estate.
- Coordinate contractors, suppliers and internal teams to deliver works safely, efficiently and to agreed standards.
- Monitor maintenance schedules, asset condition, service records and remedial actions using appropriate systems and reporting tools.
- Build strong working relationships with site teams, senior stakeholders and external service partners.
About You
- Proven experience in planned maintenance, facilities management, estates management or a similar multi-site environment.
- Strong understanding of building services, compliance requirements and planned preventative maintenance processes.
- Experience managing contractors and coordinating works across live operational sites.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple workstreams and deadlines.
- Confident communicator able to liaise with operational teams, contractors and senior stakeholders.
- Good commercial awareness, with experience managing budgets, quotes and service performance.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites as required.
Desirable Qualifications
- IOSH, NEBOSH or equivalent health and safety qualification.
- Facilities management, building services, construction or engineering qualification.
- Experience using CAFM, asset management or maintenance planning systems.
- Knowledge of statutory inspections, compliance documentation and lifecycle maintenance planning.
