We work with some of the biggest brands in food, retail, entertainment and lifestyle, helping them stay culturally relevant in feeds that change by the hour.
The Role: This is a real time role. Not planning decks. Not long lead campaigns. You are plugged into culture daily and responsible for spotting trends, formats and moments as they happen, then turning them into brand safe, on brand, high performing social content. You will lead reactive thinking across multiple clients, working closely with creatives, account teams and community managers to get content out quickly while it still matters. You are the person people ask "is this working" and "is this too late" and trust the answer.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Spotting trends, formats and cultural moments early across TikTok, Instagram, X and emerging platforms
- Translating internet culture into reactive content ideas that make sense for brands
- Writing sharp captions, hooks and social copy
- Leading daily reactive conversations internally and with clients
- Creating fast turn social content either solo or with creators and editors
- Knowing when not to jump on a trend just as much as when to go hard
- Helping brands feel native, self aware and human in the feed
What We’re Looking For:
- You are terminally online in the best way
- You understand social culture, tone and timing instinctively
- You can explain why something works, not just that it does
- You have experience running or contributing to brand social accounts in real time
- You move fast without losing judgement
- You are confident pushing back when something feels off brand or forced
- You care deeply about craft, even when the content looks "low effort"

- You have run strong social accounts or creator pages
- You have worked in a reactive or community led social role before
- You can shoot or edit simple content yourself
- You have a sharp sense of brand voice and restraint
