As a Social Creative, you’ll be hands on from day one. You’ll be helping to shape ideas, bring concepts to life and create content that feels natural to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and whatever platform comes next. This is a role perfect for someone looking to grow in a fast moving agency. If you love internet culture, understand reactive social and meme lead content this is the role for you!
You’ll work closely with a team of creatives, strategists and account teams, contributing ideas across always on content and bigger campaign moments. You’ll be encouraged to think, experiment, test and improve.
What You’ll Be Doing- Supporting the development of social first ideas for always on and campaign content
- Creating and contributing to concepts that feel native to platform and culture
- Keeping a close eye on trends, formats, creators and platform behaviour
- Helping bring ideas to life through scripts, captions, visual references and rough concepts
- Working with designers, editors and creators to produce content that works in the feed
- Learning how to respond to briefs with clear, creative thinking
- Supporting senior creatives on pitches and presentations
- Being proactive with ideas and observations, even when you’re not asked
- A strong interest in social, culture and internet behaviour
- Someone who lives on TikTok and Instagram and understands why content works
- Creative instincts and ideas, even if you’re still developing your craft
- A willingness to learn, take feedback and improve quickly
- Confidence to speak up with ideas in a room
- Organised, proactive and comfortable working at pace
- Some experience creating content, whether through internships, freelance work, personal projects or agency experience
