About Us

Simply Social is a social-first creative agency helping brands move from being on social to being in social. We work with brands like Tesco, Currys, Just Eat, Peroni and Universal Pictures, creating content designed for how people actually consume today. Fast, relevant, and built to perform in-feed.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Producer to lead the delivery of large-scale social programmes for some of the UK's best-known brands. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on complexity. You'll be responsible for bringing structure to fast-moving projects, overseeing multiple productions at once and ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard.

You'll work closely with clients, creatives, creators and paid teams to deliver integrated social campaigns across organic, paid and creator channels. Experience working with food, FMCG or retail brands is highly desirable, particularly if you've delivered high volumes of content and managed multiple stakeholders, shoots and workstreams simultaneously. Experience managing large-scale adaptation and versioning projects is also highly desirable. You'll be comfortable overseeing hundreds of assets across formats, markets and channels, ensuring work remains platform-native while maintaining quality, consistency and efficiency at scale.

We're looking for someone who is calm under pressure, highly organised and obsessed with getting the details right. Someone who enjoys solving problems, keeping teams aligned and making ambitious creative work happen.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading end-to-end delivery across campaigns and always-on social programmes
  • Managing multiple concurrent projects, shoots and content workstreams
  • Owning production timelines, budgets and workflows
  • Coordinating internal teams across strategy, creative, paid and client services
  • Managing external suppliers, freelancers, creators and influencers where required
  • Overseeing creator and influencer campaigns from briefing through to delivery
  • Managing large-scale adaptation and versioning projects across multiple formats, channels and markets
  • Overseeing complex asset versioning workflows and ensuring platform-native creative is delivered accurately and efficiently at scale
  • Ensuring content is delivered on time, on budget and to a consistently high standard
  • Identifying and mitigating delivery risks before they become problems
  • Helping develop efficient ways of working as the agency continues to grow
  • Building strong working relationships with clients and becoming a trusted delivery partner

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years' experience in production, project management or delivery roles within an agency environment
  • Experience working on food, FMCG or retail brands is highly desirable
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, content-heavy accounts with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience managing large-scale adaptation, versioning or localisation projects with high volumes of assets
  • Experience delivering integrated campaigns across organic social, paid social and creator/influencer activity
  • Strong understanding of social platforms and what great social-first content looks like
  • Strong understanding of how creative needs to evolve across platforms, formats and placements while maintaining brand consistency
  • Experience managing creators, influencers and external production partners
  • Excellent project management, organisational and budgeting skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and competing priorities
  • Calm under pressure and solutions-oriented
  • Strong communicator who enjoys working collaboratively across teams

What Good Looks Like

  • Complex projects run smoothly with minimal escalation
  • Teams are aligned, informed and enjoy working with you
  • Content is delivered on time, on budget and to a consistently high standard
  • Large-scale adaptation and versioning projects are delivered accurately and efficiently
  • Risks are identified early and managed proactively
  • Creators, suppliers and partners feel well managed
  • Clients trust you to make things happen

Why Simply Social

  • Work on household names across food, retail and entertainment
  • Be part of a genuinely social-first agency where speed, taste and judgement matter
  • Help shape the future of a fast-growing agency with real momentum
  • Create work that doesn't just appear in feeds, but earns attention within them
