Simply Roasted Crisps is a growing UK snack manufacturer, and we're looking for a Machine Operator to join our production team. As the business continues to grow, we're looking for people who want to be part of that journey. For the right person, there will be opportunities to develop, learn different areas of production and progress within the company.
The Role
- Operate and monitor production and packing machinery.
- Help the team achieve production and efficiency targets.
- Complete production, quality and food safety checks.
- Identify and report production or machinery issues.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, quality and health & safety.
- Complete production and KPI records accurately.
What We're Looking For
- Reliable with a good work ethic.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to follow procedures and take responsibility for your area.
- Previous machine operating or food production experience is beneficial, but full training will be provided.
