Simply Recruitment are on the lookout for a Site Administrator to start a contract based in the Swaffham area which will be running for around 12 months. We are working with a client that specialise in HV cabling installation and the project is the installation of HV cabling from one substation to another.

The duties of this role will be:

  • Overseeing of document upload/build up in Business Management System/SharePoint
  • Maintenance and ongoing folder structure development in SharePoint
  • Co-ordination of Requests for Information and Technical queries
  • Support Project teams in day-to-day usage of SharePoint in terms of document uploads, editing, downloads, training and advice
  • Develop and implement a programme of document download from client’s portals if required
  • Working with Project Managers, co-ordinate the issue/approval and release of documentation
  • Work with Office Manager to provide training on Document Management Systems
  • Produce reports when needed of latest documents/drawings issued to Clients.
