We are recruiting for a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to work on a permanent basis in St Helens. Salary is £22-25,000 per annum plus holidays, pension, commission etc. The successful candidate will support the lettings team with property viewings, applicant registrations, and general administration while learning the full lettings process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Registering new applicants and understanding their property requirements
- Booking and conducting property viewings
- Liaising with landlords and prospective tenants
- Assisting with marketing available properties
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks
- Assisting with negotiations between landlords and tenants
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
