We are looking for a Transformation Project Specialist to work on a 6 month fixed term contract direct with our client who are a global engineering company based near Skelmersdale/Hybrid. Salary is c£60-65,000 per annum plus 25 days' holiday and bank holidays, pension, bonus (up to 20%) etc.
About this Transformation Project Specialist role: The Transformation Project Specialist will support the successful delivery of a range of strategic business and HR transformation projects. Working closely with project leads and wider programme teams, you will provide hands-on project coordination, analysis, reporting and communications support across a variety of transformation initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and analytical project professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing multiple priorities, stakeholders and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities for the Transformation Project Specialist:
- Provide project planning, coordination and delivery support across strategic transformation initiatives.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, presentations, communications and stakeholder updates.
- Coordinate survey activity, including planning, deployment, analysis and reporting of results.
- Carry out data analysis, generate insights and track KPIs to support business decision-making.
- Support change management and communications activities to encourage the adoption of new processes and ways of working.
- Create and maintain manager toolkits, guidance documents and employee engagement materials.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners to progress actions and resolve issues.
- Provide analytical, reporting and project support across HR, organisational development and wider transformation programmes.
- Take ownership of specific project activities and ensure actions are delivered effectively and to agreed deadlines.
- Support project leads and programme teams with the day-to-day coordination and delivery of transformation activity.
About the Transformation Project Specialist:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive project professional with strong analytical and organisational skills. You will ideally have:
- Extensive experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce high-quality reports, presentations and management information.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with data.
- Experience managing multiple projects, priorities and deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working within large, complex or international organisations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider project team.
- Experience within an industrial or manufacturing environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Experience working with external consultants, advisory partners or professional services firms would also be advantageous.
