We are looking for an Electrical Project Manager to work on a permanent basis in Runcorn. Salary is c 50-60,000 per annum plus car/car allowance, 25 days holiday and bank holidays, pension, medical insurance etc.
The Electrical Project Manager will join a well-established and growing engineering business delivering complex energy and power generation projects across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong electrical engineering background who enjoys managing projects from initial handover through to successful completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards.
Electrical Project Manager duties:
- Reporting to the Projects Manager, you will take ownership of multiple electrical engineering projects, coordinating internal teams, subcontractors and customers throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Managing electrical projects from contract award through to commissioning and final handover.
- Planning project programmes, resources and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for customers throughout each project.
- Coordinating internal engineering, procurement, manufacturing and site teams.
- Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to specification.
- Monitoring project costs, variations and commercial performance.
