We are recruiting an experienced Engineering Technical Administrator to work on a permanent basis in Chorley/Hybrid. Salary is cΒ£30-32,000 per annum plus 25 days' holiday and bank holidays, pension, healthcare etc. The role is working a 4 day working week - Monday to Thursday with flexibility to work hybrid.

About the Technical Administrator role:

  • Coordinate engineering meetings, workshops and reviews.
  • Maintain action trackers, schedules, registers and records.
  • Manage electronic filing systems and SharePoint information.
  • Support document control, quality and governance activities.
  • Prepare management information, reports and dashboards.
  • Maintain training and competency records and support onboarding.
  • Assist with communications, presentations and team updates.
  • Track actions and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Engineering Portfolio.

About the Technical Administrator:

  • Previous administration or coordination experience within an engineering, manufacturing or technical environment.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Good Microsoft Word and Excel skills; PowerPoint and SharePoint experience desirable.
  • Experience supporting quality, governance, compliance or document management activities is preferred.
  • Experience producing reports or management information.
  • Must be eligible to obtain SC Security Clearance.
