We are recruiting for a Continuous Improvement Manager to work on a permanent basis near Ashton Under Lyne. Salary is c£45-47,000 per annum plus 25 days' holiday and bank holidays, company bonus, pension, healthcare etc.

Key Responsibilities for the Continuous Improvement Manager:
- Lead and coordinate continuous improvement projects across the business.
- Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes, productivity, quality, and overall operational performance.
- Monitor, measure, and report the progress of improvement initiatives to senior management.
- Work collaboratively with departmental managers to deliver operational and business improvement projects.

The successful Continuous Improvement Manager will have:
- A strong engineering background within a manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience in a Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Manufacturing Improvement, or Business Improvement role.
- Experience within sheet metal, precision engineering, aerospace, or another highly regulated manufacturing environment would be advantageous.
- The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to work alongside senior stakeholders and influence positive change.
- Good IT and commercial awareness with the ability to analyse data and identify improvement opportunities.
