Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum
Our client is seeking a proactive and commercially minded Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team delivering the redevelopment of a heritage site into luxury apartments. The business operates in a unique client and contractor capacity meaning the successful candidate will need to be adaptable and comfortable taking a hands-on approach across the project.
This is an excellent opportunity for a QS looking to build on their existing experience and progress their career, with around 15 years remaining on the overall scheme the role offers genuine long term stability, development and progression opportunities.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have relevant Quantity Surveying experience.
- Be proactive, hands on and commercially focused.
- Be comfortable working across both client and contractor functions.
- Be ambitious and keen to develop professionally.
- Ideally be based within commuting distance to site.
Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 depending on experience.
