Job Description
We are recruiting for a Bid Manager to work on a permanent basis for a large engineering company based in Chorley/Hybrid.
The role is working Monday to Thursday (with Friday, Saturday and Sunday as weekend).
Salary is c£45-60,000 per annum plus 25 days' holiday and bank holidays, pension, healthcare etc
Duties for the Bid Manager
Were seeking an experienced Bid Managerto lead the preparation and delivery of high-quality, commercially robust tender submissions.
Manage end-to-end tender and proposal activities, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality submissions.
Oversee bid content development, including proposal letters, executive summaries, and tender responses.
Ensure all submissions meet technical and commercial requirements and reflect best practice.
Support accurate financial and performance reporting against business targets.
