We are looking for a CNC Machinist to work on a permanent basis near Stockport.
Salary is c£28,500 - 38,500 per annum plus 33 days' holiday, company pension, healthcare etc.
Duties for the CNC Machinist role: This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll work across a range of manufacturing processes.
Whether you're already multi-skilled or have experience in one area and are keen to develop further, full cross-training can be provided.
The Role Operate CNC milling machinery.
Program, set and operate CNC turning machines.
Carry out TIG or laser welding (depending on experience).
Dress and finish precision machined components.
Complete quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
Maintain high standards of housekeeping and health & safety.
Work closely with colleagues to achieve production targets.
Person Specification for the CNC Machinist: Previous experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
