We're currently recruiting HGV Class 2 Drivers to join the team at Worcester City Council. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced drivers and newly qualified Class 2 drivers looking to build their experience.

The Role

  • Driving a refuse collection vehicle (bin wagon)
  • Working alongside a small crew
  • Assisting with waste collections across the city
  • Occasionally supporting other areas of the council when required
  • 06:00 starts
  • Full-time ongoing work
  • Stable, long-term opportunity

Requirements

  • Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
  • New passes welcome
  • Maximum 6 penalty points on your licence
  • Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
  • Reliable, hard-working and a good team player
