Class 2 Refuse Driver - Tuesday to Friday - Temp to Perm

We are recruiting experienced and new pass Class 2 Refuse Drivers to join a busy waste and recycling operation.
Newly qualified Class 2 drivers are welcome to apply.

The Role
You will be working as part of a small crew completing scheduled refuse and recycling collections.
Your duties will include:
- Driving a Class 2 refuse collection vehicle
- Completing daily vehicle checks
- Following planned collection routes
- Working alongside loaders and other crew members
- Reporting any vehicle defects or issues
- Completing basic paperwork
- Following road safety and health & safety procedures
- Providing a professional service when dealing with members of the public
What We're Looking For
You will need:
- Valid Class 2 / Category C licence
- Valid Driver CPC
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card
- Good reliability and timekeeping
- A safe and responsible approach to driving
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Comfortable working outdoors and in a physically active environment
Previous refuse or waste experience is an advantage, but it is not essential.
