Senior Parts Advisor / Telesales Executive

Salary: £29,000 - £31,000 per annum (DOE)

About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Parts Advisor / Telesales Executive to join a well-established automotive business in West Bromwich.
This role combines technical parts expertise with a strong customer-focused sales approach. You will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, identifying and supplying vehicle parts, and proactively developing sales opportunities with both existing and new customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling incoming parts enquiries from trade and retail customers
- Accurately identifying and sourcing vehicle parts and accessories
- Producing quotations and processing customer orders
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Maximising sales through proactive telesales activity and upselling
- Liaising with suppliers regarding product availability and lead times
- Assisting with stock control and inventory management
- Supporting the wider parts department to ensure excellent service levels
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within the automotive sector
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and components
- Proven telesales or sales experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good IT skills and experience using parts cataloguing systems
- Organised, proactive and commercially minded approach
