Warehouse Supervisor (Bendi FLT Required)
Location: Birmingham (B12)
Pay: £14 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a busy warehouse operation based in B12.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with previous supervisory experience and a valid Bendi Forklift Truck licence.
Responsibilities
- Supervising the day-to-day warehouse operation
- Leading and supporting the warehouse team
- Operating a Bendi FLT safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Managing stock movements and maintaining stock accuracy
- Ensuring orders are picked, packed and dispatched on time
- Maintaining health and safety standards throughout the warehouse
- Supporting training and development of warehouse staff
Requirements
- Previous warehouse supervisory experience
- Valid Bendi FLT licence (essential)
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and proactive approach
