Trainee Role | Minimum Wage + Commission
Monday-Friday | 9:00am-5:00pm
Permanent | Full Time
We are looking for two enthusiastic, ambitious and outgoing people to join our growing sales team.
This is a junior trainee sales role, so you don't need years of experience or an impressive sales background. What matters most to us is your personality, attitude and willingness to learn.
If you're confident, friendly, competitive and enjoy talking to people, we'll teach you the rest.
You'll be trained to sell a range of business products and services, including:
- Office fit-outs
- Office furniture
- Printers and print solutions
- Printer cartridges
- Office supplies
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for the right personality, not necessarily the most experienced salesperson.
You should be:
- Confident and comfortable speaking to people
- Friendly, positive and energetic
- Keen to learn and develop
- Comfortable picking up the phone and having conversations
- Ambitious and motivated to succeed
- Competitive and hungry to achieve
- Resilient when things don't go your way
- A good communicator
- Reliable and prepared to work hard
- Motivated by the opportunity to earn commission
No previous sales experience is required. Full training and support will be provided.
If you've got the right attitude and personality, we'll help you develop the sales skills.
