Location: Cheltenham | Chilled Dairy Warehouse

We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to work within a chilled dairy warehouse in Cheltenham. We are looking for motivated individuals who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintain high standards and help ensure dairy products are handled, picked and dispatched safely and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking and packing dairy products accurately to meet customer orders.
- Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently.
- Moving, organising and replenishing stock within the warehouse.
- Checking products, dates and quantities to maintain stock accuracy.
- Ensuring products are handled and stored at the correct chilled temperatures.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
- Following food hygiene, health and safety and warehouse procedures.
- Working as part of a team to achieve daily targets and operational deadlines.
What We're Looking For
- A reliable and punctual attitude.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced warehouse.
- Willingness to work in a chilled environment.
- Ability to carry out manual handling duties safely, with reasonable adjustments where required.
- Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern, including weekends.
- Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential, as training may be provided.
Shift Patterns
The warehouse operates 7 days a week, with the following shift patterns:
- Early shift: 05:00-13:00
- Day shift: 09:00-17:00
- 10-hour shifts: Available as part of the operational shift pattern, with exact start and finish times to be confirmed.
Weekend availability is required due to the nature of the operation.
Working Environment
This role is based in a chilled warehouse, so you must be comfortable working in low-temperature conditions. Appropriate protective clothing and equipment should be provided in line with the requirements of the role.
