Are you a confident, motivated people person who enjoys meeting new people and earning commission? We're looking for a Field Sales Executive to help grow a successful doorstep delivery service across the Shrewsbury area.
This is a customer-facing role where you'll be out in local communities, speaking with residents, promoting a high-quality home delivery service and signing up new customers. Previous sales experience is beneficial but not essential - if you're driven, outgoing and enjoy talking to people, we'd love to hear from you.
Hours
- 37.5 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- 10:00am - 6:00pm (including travel time)
The Role
- Promote a doorstep delivery service through targeted door-to-door canvassing.
- Speak with potential customers and explain the benefits of the service.
- Build rapport and confidently overcome objections.
- Sign up new customers and complete all required information accurately.
- Travel to targeted areas using a company pool vehicle during working hours.
- Work towards achievable sales targets with uncapped commission.
What We're Looking For
- Confident and friendly communicator.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Comfortable approaching and speaking to new people.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Willing to undergo a DBS check.
- Previous sales experience is desirable but not essential.
