We are recruiting on behalf of our client in Poynton for a Warehouse Operative.
This is a permanent position working Monday to Friday 14.00 - 22.00 paying between £14.12 to £15.21 per hour.
- Typical Duties
- Operate overhead gantry cranes and material handling equipment.
- Load, unload, store, and retrieve steel products safely and efficiently.
- Complete daily equipment checks and maintain accurate stock records.
- Carry out stock control, load checking, and product labelling.
- Support goods-in, goods-out, and weighbridge activities.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping, quality, and safety.
- Follow company procedures and Health & Safety regulations at all times.

- Previous experience in a heavy-duty warehouse, steel, or metals environment.
- Good numeracy, literacy, and attention to detail.
- A strong commitment to safety and quality.
