We are currently recruiting for a
Quality Controller to join a busy fresh produce operation in Pershore.
This is a great opportunity for someone with previous fresh produce or Quality Control experience who has a strong eye for detail and takes pride in maintaining high standards.
The Role
As a Quality Controller, you will play an important part in ensuring products meet the required quality standards before they are approved for use or dispatch.
Your duties will include
- Carrying out quality checks on fresh produce
- Checking products for quality, appearance and condition
- Identifying and reporting any quality issues
- Ensuring quality standards and procedures are followed
- Completing relevant QC paperwork and records
- Communicating any concerns clearly with production and management teams
- Helping to maintain high food safety and hygiene standards
What We're Looking For
- Previous
- Fresh Produce Quality Control experience is required
- Previous general QC experience is preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable and organised approach to work
- Ability to work well as part of a busy team
- HACCP qualification would be an advantage but is not essential
