Job Description
We are currently recruiting reliable and professional Class 2 HGV Night Trunking Drivers for work based in Nottingham.
The role involves trunking between depots, with a focus on safe driving, punctuality, and ensuring deliveries and collections are completed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving a Class 2 HGV on scheduled trunking routes.
- Transporting goods between depots.
- Completing vehicle safety checks before and after journeys.
- Ensuring loads are secure and transported safely.
- Following driving regulations and tachograph requirements.
- Completing the necessary paperwork accurately.
- Maintaining a professional and reliable approach to work.
Requirements
- Valid UK Category C (Class 2) driving licence.
- Valid Driver CPC qualification.
- Digital tachograph card.
- Previous Class 2 driving experience preferred.
- Good understanding of road safety regulations.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible attitude.
