Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an organised and proactive Administrator to provide essential office administration and legal secretarial support to their experienced legal team.

The Role- General Office Administration
- Answer incoming calls and manage shared inboxes
- Schedule meetings and maintain office calendars
- Prepare, file, scan and copy documents and correspondence
- Order office supplies and liaise with external service providers
- Legal Secretarial Support
- Provide day-to-day support to fee earners, including diary management and organising appointments
- Prepare, format, proofread and amend legal documents, correspondence and forms
- Produce document bundles and client packs
- Arrange document signatures and ensure accurate filing
- Liaise professionally with clients, courts, counsel and third parties
- Assist with billing, time recording and general matter administration
- File & Data Management
- Open, maintain and close client files
- Keep the Practice Management System updated
- Complete file opening, ID and conflict checks
- Maintain accurate GDPR-compliant records
