We're Hiring: Operations Manager / Contracts Manager

Location: Manchester Head Office with National Travel

Hours: 40 (Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm, 1 hour lunch)

Salary: £40 to 50K dependant on experience + Car Allowance + Bonus + Pension

Qualifications: NVQ Level 6, Black CSCS Card & SMSTS

Based in Manchester but must be willing to travel across the UK. Must have some managerial roofing experience.

My client is looking for an experienced and motivated Operations Manager / Contracts Manager to join our growing team in a key leadership role. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of multiple roofing projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take on a senior operational position and become the General Manager's second-in-command.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing multiple live roofing projects
