Location: Halesowen
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm
Pay: National Minimum Wage
Job Type: Temp to Perm

We're currently recruiting for a Warehouse & Cleaning Operative to join a well-established company in Halesowen.

This is a varied role, with approximately 50% warehouse duties and 50% cleaning responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys keeping busy and is keen to learn new skills.

We're looking for someone who's bright, proactive and willing to get stuck in. The right person will initially support the business with cleaning duties before learning the warehouse operation and becoming a key member of the team.

Duties Include:

• Cleaning office areas, toilets and staff canteen
• Emptying bins and maintaining high cleaning standards
• Ensuring communal areas remain clean, tidy and well-presented
• Picking and packing orders
• Assisting with goods in and goods out
• Stock replenishment and general warehouse duties
• Keeping the warehouse clean and organised
• Learning different areas of the warehouse to provide support where required

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous warehouse or cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential
• Hard-working and reliable
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Good attention to detail
• Comfortable working as part of a team
• Able to use their own initiative
• Looking for a long-term opportunity
