We're looking for a strong, confident Team Leader to join a successful and established business within the fastener industry.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who knows how to lead a team, look after customers and drive a business forward - with the opportunity to secure a permanent position and enjoy some excellent benefits.
What we're looking for
Ideally, you'll have experience within the fastener industry, engineering, manufacturing or a similar environment.
However, we're also interested in candidates with a strong background in:
- Customer service management
- Sales management
- Team leadership
- Account management
- Managing customer relationships
- Driving performance and hitting targets
- Supporting and developing a team
You'll need to be hands-on, commercially minded and confident dealing with both customers and colleagues.
Most importantly, you need to be immediately available and genuinely happy to start on a temp-to-perm basis.
