Responsibilities
- Processing weekly and monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Maintaining employee payroll records and ensuring all information is up to date.
- Managing starters, leavers and employee changes.
- Processing holiday pay, overtime, sickness and other payroll adjustments.
- Checking timesheets and resolving payroll queries.
- Ensuring compliance with payroll legislation and company procedures.
- Liaising with internal departments and employees regarding payroll matters.
- Preparing payroll reports and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Supporting with general HR and administration tasks when required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working within a payroll administration role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and procedures.
