Business Development Manager Construction
Location: National Role - Specialist Businesses
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (1-hour lunch)
Salary: Competitive + Car Allowance + Bonus + Pension
Jobsworth Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a growing and successful construction business in a national role covering specialist business divisions.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and commercially focused sales professional who has a proven track record in business development and is looking to join a well-established organisation offering genuine career progression and excellent earning potential.
The successful candidate must be willing to travel throughout the UK as this is a national position.
Purpose of the Role
To create new opportunities and secure new business across the UK, achieving sales and margin objectives within the company's traditional business sectors while building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Reporting To
Pre-Construction Director
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a national business plan to achieve sales and margin targets.
- Manage existing client relationships while actively identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Promote the company's full range of products and services.
- Deliver sales and technical CPD presentations to clients, surveyors and key decision-makers.
- Carry out site surveys and provide technical advice and guidance.
- Prepare proposal specifications for prospective projects in conjunction with branch teams.
