Compliance Administrator
Head Office | £28,000 per annum Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to join our Head Office team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a fast-paced and successful recruitment business, playing a key role in ensuring all compliance processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing and maintaining candidate compliance records
- Conducting right-to-work checks and verifying candidate documentation
- Requesting and chasing references and other pre-employment checks
- Ensuring all compliance procedures meet legal and industry standards
- Keeping databases and records up to date
- Supporting consultants and management with compliance-related queries
- Auditing files to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Assisting with onboarding processes for new candidates
Requirements
- Previous administration experience
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively to deadlines
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications
- Professional and proactive approach to work
- Experience within recruitment, compliance, or a regulated environment would be advantageous
