Fleet Service Advisor - Early Shift

Salary: £28,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 05:30-14:30
Contract: Permanent

My client is looking for a proactive, organised and reliable Fleet Service Advisor to join their growing team on a permanent early shift.

You will play a key role in supporting fleet operations, coordinating vehicle servicing and maintenance, liaising with drivers and engineers, updating fleet systems and helping to ensure vehicles remain safe, compliant and operational.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs.
• Liaise with drivers, engineers and external service providers.
• Monitor vehicle availability and help minimise operational downtime.
• Maintain accurate records and update fleet management systems.
• Ensure servicing, maintenance and compliance requirements are kept up to date.
• Respond to queries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Support the wider fleet team with day-to-day administrative and operational duties.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive approach with good problem-solving skills.
• Previous fleet, transport, logistics or automotive experience is desirable but not essential.
• A flexible approach to working hours when required by the business.

Working Pattern

The standard working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 05:30-14:30.

Due to the operational requirements of the business, there may be occasions when you will be required to swap a weekday shift for a weekend shift.

Reasonable notice will be provided wherever possible, and this flexibility will be included as a requirement within the employment contract.
