Laser Setter / Operator to join a busy and well-established manufacturing company in Halesowen.

- Week 1 – Mornings
- Monday to Friday
- Week 2 – Afternoons
- Monday to Thursday: 2:00pm - 11:30pm
The Role
As a Laser Setter / Operator, you will
- Set and operate laser cutting machines.
- Load raw materials onto the machines.
- Unload finished parts safely and efficiently.
- Sort and prepare completed parts ready for dispatch.
- Carry out quality checks throughout the production process.
- Operate a Counterbalance Forklift to move materials where required.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
- Support the production team to achieve daily targets.
- What We\'re Looking For
- Previous experience setting and operating laser cutting machines is essential.
- Counterbalance Forklift licence is highly desirable.
- Manufacturing or engineering experience.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work rotating shifts.
- Physically fit, as some heavy lifting may be required.
- Reliable with a positive attitude towards teamwork.
