Jobsworth Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Data Administrator to join a growing and successful business based in the B64 area.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate data, producing regular reports and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs). This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, analytical and confident working with data.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update company databases and records.
- Produce regular reports for management.
- Monitor and maintain KPI data.
- Analyse information and identify trends or discrepancies.
- Ensure data is accurate and up to date.
- Support management with reporting and administrative tasks.
- Assist with general office administration when required.
Skills & Experience
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident working with spreadsheets and data.
- Good Excel and general IT skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Previous administration or data experience is advantageous but not essential.
