CLASS 1 Days Driver
Location: Derby
Shift: Days Windoww 6am-8pm
Work: Temperature Controlled Transport
Pay: £18 per hour
Job Description
We are currently recruiting reliable and professional Class 1 Drivers for work based in Derby.
The role involves focusing on safe driving, punctuality, and ensuring deliveries and collections are completed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving a Class 1 HGV on scheduled routes.
- Transporting goods between depots and customers.
- Completing vehicle safety checks before and after journeys.
- Ensuring loads are secure and transported safely.
- Following driving regulations and tachograph requirements.
- Completing the necessary paperwork accurately.
- Maintaining a professional and reliable approach to work.
Requirements
HGV Class 1 (Minimum 12 months for insurance purposes)
CPC Card
Digi Card
No more than 6 points
Good understanding of road safety regulations.
Reliable, punctual, and responsible attitude.
