Jobsworth Recruitment Solutions are currently seeking HGV Class 1 drivers for ongoing client requirements based in Telford. This role will involve moving between sites in Stoke and Market Drayton.
Shifts: Shifts are available on an adhoc or ongoing basis to suit. There are AM and PM shift patterns available.
Pay Rate: £19 to £23 per hour, weekly paid. This role is available on a PAYE basis only.
Contract: Ongoing
Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently between depots, ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to all road safety regulations. You will be driving box fridge trailers – there is no handball. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage paperwork and vehicle inspections are essential. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, along with a valid Class 1 license, CPC qualification, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- HGV Class 1 license (Minimum 6 months for insurance)
- CPC Card
- Digi Card
- No more than 6 points (No DR codes)
