Warehouse Supervisor - Counterbalance FLT
Location: B8, Birmingham
Salary: £34,000 per annum
Hours: Monday-Friday, 12:00 midnight - 9:00am
Job Type: Full-time
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a busy warehouse operation based in B8, Birmingham.
This is a hands-on supervisory role, so you will need previous warehouse supervisory experience and a valid Counterbalance FLT licence.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising and supporting the warehouse team
- Managing the day-to-day running of the warehouse
- Loading and unloading goods using a Counterbalance FLT
- Organising workloads and allocating tasks
- Ensuring stock is stored and handled correctly
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety
- Completing warehouse paperwork and records
- Working closely with management and other departments
