Telesales Executives (3-4 Positions Available)
Location: Birmingham City Centre (B3)
Pay Rate: £12.71 - £14.00 per hour DOE
Working Pattern: Hybrid (Office-based Monday to Wednesday, Thursday and home Friday)
Job Type: Full Time
We are currently recruiting for 3-4 Telesales Executives to join a busy and growing business based in Birmingham city centre.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced sales professionals who thrive in a target-driven environment and enjoy building relationships with business customers over the phone.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in Telesales, Sales, Business Development or B2B Sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident making outbound calls and engaging with decision-makers
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Good IT and administration skills
Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls to prospective business customers
- Generating new business opportunities and qualified leads
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Working towards individual and team sales targets
- Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate records
