Telesales Executive - Temp to Perm
Location: Birmingham, B3
Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
Working pattern: Friday working from home
Contract: Temporary to permanent
We are currently recruiting for a confident and motivated Telesales Executive to join a busy team based in Birmingham city centre.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking to customers, building relationships and working towards sales targets, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position.
The Role
- Making outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Identifying sales opportunities and generating new business.
- Following up on enquiries and maintaining accurate records.
- Working towards individual and team sales targets.
The Ideal Candidate
- Confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
- A proactive, target-driven approach.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous telesales or sales experience would be advantageous.
